Workout Progress
Today is day 9 and I haven’t seen much progress in my body, but definitely my strength has gotten better. I feel muscles on my biceps now. I am more energized throughout the day. Everything hurts right now but I know that that’s a good sign. Instead of doing 10 days per level for 30 day shred I’ll do 15 days per level. Since I want to be fit by June, I have plenty of time. OH! I completely forgot there’s a zombie run this year. Maybe I’ll be fit enough to join! You can also choose what you want to be - a zombie or victim. Hmm, what should I be?
