Refresh

I’ve decided to just finish up 30 DS tomorrow and then start the LiveFit training program on Monday. I like how it’s online and they give you a lot of tips on perfect forms, diet plans and a schedule that’s easy to follow. I’m also restarting MyFitnessPal on the computer and my old iPhone. Keeping track of calorie intake and exercise really helps. Giving up fried and fast food all together. Well, I’ll eat fast food if I really need to, but still making sure I eat the ones with less calories and carbs. Here’s to (another) new beginning! Wish me luck. Hope it works.

Jeez, need to stop blogging about all these exercise things that aren’t inspirational. Ok - if I can do it, so can you!

Workout Progress 2

I have been on 30 DS - Level 2 for like a month now! I actually honestly don’t know how long it has been, but it has been definitely been more than 10 days for that particular level. I don’t think I’m strong enough to do Level 3 yet. Not sure if I should post progress pictures either, I probably won’t cause there is no progress (from what I can see). Perhaps when I reach my goal weight I’ll do a before & after one. As of now, I am a lot stronger and more energetic than I was at Level 1. I can see my back-end is getting firmer, but no difference WHATSOEVER in my arms or stomach. What is happening?! I don’t have a scale, so I’m not sure if I am losing weight, but I have measured my waist once a week and nothing is happening, it has been the same since day 1. I exercise 5 days/week, stopped drinking soda and making sure I eat healthy. Is it just me? Or has this happened to anyone else? What could be the problem?

Workout Progress

Today is day 9 and I haven’t seen much progress in my body, but definitely my strength has gotten better. I feel muscles on my biceps now. I am more energized throughout the day. Everything hurts right now but I know that that’s a good sign. Instead of doing 10 days per level for 30 day shred I’ll do 15 days per level. Since I want to be fit by June, I have plenty of time. OH! I completely forgot there’s a zombie run this year. Maybe I’ll be fit enough to join! You can also choose what you want to be - a zombie or victim. Hmm, what should I be?
